Our customers often worry about a problem when they inquire about the suitability of the cleanroom panels – how to install them? Do you have installation procedures and guidance? This article focuses on explaining how to correctly install the purification panels in a clean room.<\/p>\n

1. Familiarize yourself with the clean room drawings, carefully review the layout of the color steel plates, node requirements, the connection between the color steel plates and the building, the color of the plates themselves, the filling material, basic dimensions, the size and layout of the doors and windows in the color steel plate partitions, the type of auxiliary materials and other unspecified contents.<\/p>\n

2. Secondary layout drawing, this is an important step in the prefabrication and installation of color steel plates. It is a transformation map that converts the design drawings into plates that can be processed in the factory for different types of wall cleanroom panels, combined to reflect the design intention. The standard plates are produced in the color steel plate factory and then assembled on the construction site, ensuring the firmness of the cleanroom wall panels and accelerating the installation speed.<\/p>\n

3. During the prefabrication in the clean room factory, based on experience, sufficient consideration is given to the gaps and installation margins for door openings, window openings, and seams. During the entire transportation, production, and installation process, scratches, heavy pressure, and surface impacts should be prevented to avoid irreparable dents and scratches. The plastic protective film on both sides of the color steel plates can only be removed after the complete installation is completed and thorough cleaning is carried out.<\/p>\n

4. The layout work before installing the clean room color steel plates should be carried out after the floor (or floor) is completed. It can only be carried out when other related conditions for installation are met, such as larger equipment being in place, the underground pipeline layout being adjusted, and the main installation work in the technical interlayer being basically completed. The layout is drawn on the ground to mark the horizontal projection of the color steel plates (50mm wide) and the positions of the doors and windows. The centerlines of the upper and lower troughs should be on the same vertical plane with an error of within 1.0% (3mm).<\/p>\n

5. Install the upper and lower troughs. The lower troughs generally use aluminum alloy profiles with internal and external R-angles. They are fixed on the lines drawn on the ground using nails. The nail positions are spaced at 1.2-1.5m along the straight line, and the corners and terminations are 0.2m away from the edge. If using water-stop rubber strips, put two rubber strips (\u04242-3) into the trough before fixing the nails, and form a waterproof isolation seal after the nails are fixed.<\/p>\n

The upper trough is made of pressed aluminum alloy. When using hard ceiling, it is fixed to the ceiling with a nail gun. When using soft ceiling, it is suspended from the floor with a suspension rod. The height is based on the ceiling clearance.<\/p>\n

6. Install the vertical wall panels. Install the prefabricated components according to the layout drawing. Adjacent wall panels are locked together with fixed inserts. It is particularly important to coordinate with the concealed wiring and box boxes during the assembly of the wall panels.<\/p>\n

The wall cleanroom panels should be vertical, the joints should be close, and the smaller the gap, the more beautiful it is. The joints should be uniform.<\/p>\n

During operation, carefully remove the protective film on the joints temporarily, but do not remove it completely.<\/p>\n

Clean the debris and solidified gel in the trough. Otherwise, no matter how much force is applied, it is difficult to adjust the joints evenly and tightly.<\/p>\n

7. Install the clean room ceiling panels: The weight support of the ceiling is provided by the fixed vertical plates around and the suspended T-shaped aluminum at the center. The seams between the long sides are fixed and reinforced with fixed inserts, and the seams between the short sides are fixed and reinforced with T-shaped aluminum and connecting plate blind rivets.<\/p>\n

The flat ceiling should be as smooth as possible, the seams should be dense, uniform, smooth, without marks or damages. The operation should be the same as that of the vertical wall panels.<\/p>\n

8. Color steel plate wrapping columns, boxes, and installing the positive and negative R-angles<\/p>\n

In the purification area, using 50mm bended color steel plates to wrap the columns is beneficial for material saving and unifying the positive and negative R-angles to be 50mm.<\/p>\n

First, install stainless steel door and window frames in the door openings and fix them firmly. Pay attention to the opening direction when installing the door. Install the window glass. The closing device should be adjusted to the appropriate speed and force. Generally, in the closing process, the first half of the distance is fast, the torque is small, and the speed is slow to reduce the impact and noise when closing.<\/p>\n

9. Sealing silicone: In the purification area, for all the following gaps that may affect the cleanliness, silicone sealant should be applied:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The joint seams between color steel plates, the R-angles and the wall panels, and all the gaps of the roof panels;<\/li>\n
  • The gaps between the air conditioning ducts, air outlets, high-efficiency filters and the roof top panels;<\/span><\/li>
  • The gaps between the protective pipe slots of the electrical conduits and the edges of the roof top panels;<\/li>
  • The gaps between all the switches, sockets and lamps and the top surface of the color steel plates;<\/li>
  • All the gaps of the processes, water supply and drainage, protective pipes and the openings;<\/li>
  • The gaps between the glass and the frame;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n

    The silicone sealant should be applied uniformly in the purification room after the basic installation of the color steel plates is completed, with good hygiene conditions and thorough cleaning and dust removal. Otherwise, the silicone sealant seams are prone to contamination and blackening. Within 24 hours after the silicone sealant is applied, there should be no large amounts of dust operations or water flushing of the ground that may affect the curing and firmness of the silicone sealant.
